Shrines from around the world mobilized for Pope Francis’ prayer marathon

POPE FRANCIS AUDIENCE
First imposition of the scapular of Saint Joseph
May 1: on the feast of Saint Joseph the worker, at the end of the mass celebrated at the sanctuary at 11:30 am, the scapular of Saint Joseph will be imposed on those who have prepared for it, in accordance with sanitary rules.
Wearing this scapular shows our desire to give ourselves to him
to lead us to God. In doing this, we choose him as our guide and model on the path to holiness; we will show our confidence in his concern for our
respect.
Other dates will be proposed for the imposition of the scapular, in particular that of June 7, anniversary of the appearance of Saint Joseph at Bessillon.
